FAQs from LazerEdge:
How do I hang Wall Hanging?
We attach a metal hanger to the back of each wall hanging and include a nail for a secure hanging experience! Adhesive bumpers are also included to stick on the back of the wall hanging that provide additional stability, add dimension to your art, and protect your wall from accidental damage.
Where should I stick the rubber adhesive wall bumpers?
Stick the adhesive bumpers in the middle of the back side of your wall hanging in a square or rectangular like pattern. We use glue dots in the same pattern to adhere the wall hanging to a piece of protective cardboard temporarily. You may use the locations of these glue dots as a guide for where to put the adhesive bumpers.
How thick is the wall hanging?
Our wood is 1/4 of an inch thick which we have found is the optimal thickness to provide stability while also being light weight.
Will the wood color fade?
No, our wall hangings will not fade with time because we finish each wall hanging with protective lacquer.
Is it safe to hang my Wall Hanging outside?
You may hang your wall hanging outdoors as long as it is protected from the elements (rain, strong gusts of wind, snow, etc). Safe outdoor locations to hang your LazerEdge Wall Hanging are inside a screened door, on a screened-in porch, or in a garage.
Is it safe to use adhesive tape or strips to hang my wall hanging instead of a nail?
Yes, you may use an adhesive strip to hang your wall hanging. To do so, remove the metal hanger so the art will hang flat against the wall and note that you will not be able to use the adhesive bumpers. We recommend you use 2 - 3 adhesive strips to hang our wall hangings depending on size. If you decide to take the metal hanger off and want to put it back on in the future, we recommend screwing in a different wood location so a new, sturdy screw hole is formed.
