Very informative. I'm planning my adventure for next year and this has some great ideas on food planning. Good ideas for food types but also how to plan for food drops and some what to expects! Thanks

Although it’s not geared to solo travelers, the recipes can be modified. If you are doing mail drops, this would give you a variety. Would be hard to do for ultra light hikers. Would like to see more options for using resupply points.
