   I bought this hat for my dad who is an avid hiker and has done much of the AT (primarily the southern route.) The design is very striking and the quality of the hat is quite nice. This should be a great hiking hat for years to come.

   This hat is very rugged and well made. The brim serves the dual purpose of either keeping the sun out of your eyes or the rain off of your glasses. The back adjustment hole is great for holding your pony tail in place. I love the prominent blaze logo- well recognizable.
